Important Highlights for Shelf Company

1. BVI Shelf companies with registration dates are already in existence as legal entities and are “ready-made” for your purchase.
2. Your order for a BVI shelf company does not necessarily mean that the documents will be shipped out immediately. We need to activate the company, directors have to be appointed, shares allocated, the respective internal Registers and Resolutions have to be prepared. The estimated time to complete these post-incorporation documentation is 1 to 2 days from receipt of your payment for the purchase and subject to due diligence/know-your-client procedures by our compliance team.
3. If you are a new client, you may wish to contact us for our usual “Know Your Customer” due diligence procedures. Your Company Kit will be ready for delivery, and shipped out to you within a day upon completion of the due diligence procedures and after you have made the payment for your purchase.
4. There will be additional fee for shelf company documents to be certified by Notary or legalized by Apostille. Please let us know your requirements upon placing an order for the shelf company as additional time of 4 to 5 days (depending of the Government offices/embassies) is required before documents can be delivered.
5. Please pay special attention to the date of incorporation of the chosen shelf company because the next annual renewal payment (Government duty, Registered Agent, Registered Address and other annual maintenance fees, if applicable) may become due and payable much sooner than for a brand-new incorporation
6. "Vintage" companies will be substantially more expensive than new incorporations, due to the previously accrued annual maintenance fees which will have to be covered by the buyer.
7. Please ensure that you do not enter into any business transactions (immediately upon making the purchase) in the name of your offshore company before you have received the original documents.
